How to Apply

    Brevet Application
    1. Go to the online registration site and log in.
    2. Click the brevet you wish to participate in; the participation fee and relevant information will be displayed.

    Check Confirmation Email
    1. After clicking the apply button, the brevet name will show Application Completed.
    2. An email with the payment instructions will be sent to you.
  • 03
    Pay the Participation Fee
    1. If the fee is not paid within 3 days of application, your registration may be canceled.
    2. If payment is not completed at least 7 days before the brevet, your registration will also be canceled.
    3. Applications close at midnight, one day before the brevet starts.
    4. If you apply within 4 days of the brevet date, payment must be made on the same day. On-site registration is not allowed.
    5. When transferring the fee, simply include your name and member number. If using an ATM, just your name is sufficient.
  • 04
    Payment Confirmation
    1. Your status will change from "(Application Completed)" to "(Registration Confirmed)".
    2. Note: This may take up to 2 days.
  • Please read the pre-event participant checklist carefully before the event day.
  • Visit the Brevet Schedule page to download relevant documents and preview the course. Print any necessary files in advance.
  • Control point information will be provided at check-in.

2023 Participation Fees

You don't necessarily have to start your brevet in the same city to apply the fee criteria below.
In case you are unable to participate for any reason, the participation fee is non-refundable.

      10,000 KRW
    2. First Brevet
      20,000 KRW
    3. Second Brevet
      18,000 KRW
    4. Third and Subsequent Brevets
      18,000 KRW

    1. Fleche

    2. 1000K Seoul–Busan–Seoul
      40,000 KRW
    3. 1200K Grand Randonée

Participation Fee Calculation Example

You can only register for 1000K and 1200K events after obtaining eligibility. To be eligible, you must have successfully completed a full series of brevets (200K, 300K, 400K, 600K) within the same year, or have completed a certified 1000K or longer brevet either in the same year or the year before. The brevet must be ACP-certified, approved by Korea Randonneurs' parent international organization.

Changes & Cancellations

When Status is (Application Completed) or (Registration Confirmed)

You can switch to a different event via the online registration site up to 5 days before the event date.

Changes can only be made to brevets held within the same calendar year.

When Status is (Registration Confirmed)

You can cancel your registration via the online registration site. However, a refund of the participation fee is only available if the cancellation is made at least 5 days prior to the event date.

Refund Processing Fee

Please note that a 5,000 KRW processing fee will be charged for each refund request. Consider this before applying for a brevet.
