Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

This agreement is intended to regulate the rights, duties, and responsibilities between the user and the service provider (hereinafter referred to as "the service provider") in utilizing the member services provided on the website (hereinafter referred to as "the services").

  • ① This agreement becomes effective when it is posted on the service screen or otherwise notified to users, and when a user agrees to it and joins the service.
  • ② The service provider may change the contents of this agreement if deemed necessary, and the modified agreement will be posted on the service screen so that users can check it directly.
  • ③ If the user does not agree to the modified agreement, they may stop using the service and cancel their membership registration. If they continue using the service, it will be considered that they agree to the changes, and the modified agreement will be effective as posted in the previous paragraph.
  • ④ If the user agrees to the contents of this agreement, this agreement will take precedence in all actions related to the provision of services by the service provider and the use of services by the user. This agreement takes precedence over the privacy policy provided by the service provider. Matters not specified in this agreement shall be governed by relevant laws and regulations in the Republic of Korea, such as the Telecommunications Basic Act, the Personal Information Protection Act, the Telecommunications Business Act, the Information and Communications Network Act, the Broadcasting and Communications Review Committee’s regulations, the Code of Ethics for Information and Communications, and the Program Protection Act.

Article 2 (Effectiveness and Changes of the Agreement)

  • ④ If the user agrees to the contents of this agreement, this agreement will take precedence in all actions related to the provision of services by the service provider and the use of services by the user. Article 3 (Definition of Terms)

  • ① The definitions of the terms used in this agreement are as follows:
    • 1. User: A member or non-member who accesses the service and receives services provided by the service provider.
    • 2. Member: A user who agrees to this agreement, receives an ID (unique number) and PASSWORD (password), and completes the verification process such as SMS verification.
    • 3. Non-member: A person who uses the services provided by the service provider without registering as a member.
    • 4. ID (unique number): A combination of letters and numbers selected by the user and approved by the service provider for member identification and service usage.
    • 5. PASSWORD (password): A combination of letters and numbers set by the user for protecting their information.
    • 6. Termination of use: A declaration by the service provider or member to terminate the use of the service after using it.
  • ② Definitions of terms not specified in this agreement shall be governed by the relevant laws and the guidelines for each service.

Article 4 (Formation of the Service Agreement)

The service agreement is established by the user's agreement to the terms and the service provider's acceptance of the user's application to use the service.

Article 5 (Application for Use)

The application for use is made by the user filling out the required personal information in the membership registration form on the service's membership information screen.

Article 6 (Acceptance and Rejection of Application for Use)

  • ① The service provider may accept the application for use if the user accurately fills out the required information in accordance with the regulations in Article 5.
  • ② The service provider may restrict the use of some services until the reason for the restriction is resolved in the following cases:
    • 1. If the information is found to be false (such as using a fake name or an untrue identity) or if there is reasonable suspicion of such.
    • 2. If the service provider deems it necessary.
  • ③ The service provider may refuse the application for use in the following cases:
    • 1. If the user did not apply using their real name.
    • 2. If the user applied using another person's name.
    • 3. If the information on the application form is false.
    • 4. If the user performs actions or expresses intentions that are against the purpose of the website.
    • 5. If the user applied for purposes that harm public order or morals.
    • 6. If the user fails to meet other requirements set by the service provider.

Article 7 (Changes in Contract Information)

Members can view and modify their information through the member information management section at any time. If the information provided at the time of application changes, the member is responsible for updating it. If the member fails to update the information, the responsibility for any issues arising from this lies with the member.
