We refuse the unauthorized collection of email addresses posted on this website through email harvesting programs or other technical devices. Please be aware that violations may be subject to criminal penalties under the Information and Communications Network Act.

Article 50-2 (Prohibition of Unauthorized Collection of Email Addresses, etc.)

• No one shall collect email addresses from Internet websites using programs or other technical devices without the prior consent of the website operator or administrator. No one shall sell or distribute email addresses collected in violation of Paragraph 1.
• No one shall use the email addresses collected, sold, or distributed in violation of Paragraphs 1 and 2 for sending information, knowing that they are prohibited email addresses.

Article 74 (Penalties) A person who falls under any of the following subparagraphs shall be subject to a fine not exceeding 10 million KRW.

• A person who violates Article 8, Paragraph 4 by displaying, selling, or exhibiting for sale.
• A person who violates Article 44-7, Paragraph 1, Subparagraph 1 by distributing, selling, renting, or publicly displaying obscene symbols, texts, sounds, images, or videos.
• A person who violates Article 44-7, Paragraph 1, Subparagraph 3 by repeatedly sending symbols, texts, sounds, images, or videos that cause fear or anxiety.
• A person who violates Article 50, Paragraph 6 by implementing technical measures.
• A person who violates Article 50-8 by sending advertising information, or who violates Article 50-2 by collecting, selling, distributing, or using email addresses for information transmission.
• A person who violates Article 50-8 by sending advertising information.
• A person who fails to report changes in registration details or the transfer, acquisition, merger, or inheritance of business, in violation of Article 53, Paragraph 4.
